2110 is more than a postcode to me. The parks I played in, the schools I went to, the roads I still drive down for family dinners. This area raised me.
My career started in 2017, when my mother married the auctioneer who sold my grandparents' home. Nine years later I have worked on more than 300 sales, sold across 19 postcodes and set a suburb record.
Coming back was always the plan. TRG is a brand I have always admired, and I understand exactly how a luxury boutique agency moving into an area this tightly held can look. So let me answer it directly.
A median is useless on a street where a sandstone cottage and a deep water block sit side by side. I price off comparable sales I have usually attended, then recommend auction or private treaty based on how far I trust them.
Outside work I cook, I train, and I listen to far too much music.
